Buffalo Trace Antique Collection Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Barrel & Batch Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), located at 163 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, VIC, Australia ("Barrel & Batch").

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory, employees of Barrel & Batch and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise connected with the competition. Residents of delivery restricted postcodes are also not eligible. The list of delivery restricted postcodes can be found here. 

  1. Competition Period: The competition begins at 12:00 AM AEST on 1 July 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2024 ("Competition Period").

  1. Entry Criteria:

   - To enter the competition, entrants must purchase any product from the Buffalo Trace Collection available on barrelandbatch.com.au during the Competition Period.

   - Each eligible purchase of a Buffalo Trace product counts as one entry into the competition. Multiple entries are permitted with multiple purchases.

   - No entry fee or purchase is required for entry via alternate methods as outlined in clause 6.

- The Promoter reserves the right to specify additional entry mechanisms throughout the duration of the competition period. 


  1. Prize Details:

   - The prize is a Buffalo Trace Antique Collection bourbon prize pack valued at $4,990. The prize pack includes the 2023 releases of
George T. Stagg 750ml

Sazerac 18 750ml

William Larue Weller 750ml

Eagle Rare 17 750ml

Thomas H. Handy 750ml

   - The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


  1. Winner Selection: 

   - The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Barrel & Batch from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

   - The draw will take place on 7 August at 8:10pm during an online tasting event ‘Barrel & Batch Up’ and the winner’s first name, surname initial and resident suburb will be announced. 

   - The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Barrel & Batch reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.


  1. Publicity:

   - By entering this competition, entrants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition as requested by Barrel & Batch.


  1. Privacy:

   - Personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the promoter’s privacy policy available at https://barrelandbatch.com.au/policies/privacy-policy 


  1. General Conditions:

    - Barrel & Batch reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

    - Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

    - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
