Expect an exuberant, immediately seductive nose of peach, apricot, quince and citrus, lifted by floral notes of lilac, rose and violet, leading into a fleshy, full-bodied palate with spicy power and a touch of refreshing bitterness on the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested and gently pressed, with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts.
