The wine shows the explosive aromatics and mineral spine that the cru is known for, with an incredible perfume and a finely etched structure. It is a beautifully detailed expression of this terroir, deep and soil-driven with signature hints of licorice and fresh herbs over a core of black cherry fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFermentation takes place in cask with extended macerations of 60-90 days, followed by ageing for three to five years in Slavonian oak botti.
