Rita Hills Cuvée draws on several vineyards along the Santa Rosa Road corridor, where soils range from sandy loam and clay loam to chert and shale. The fruit is fermented with native yeast in small open-top vessels, with a generous portion of whole clusters included to add freshness, lift and structure in the Burgundian manner.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect an elegant, perfumed Pinot Noir with red berry and cherry fruit, rose petal, fresh flowers and a hint of orange rind, framed by savoury spice and a light herbal note from the whole bunches.
