Pierre-Yves's bottling adds the cut and tension that have become his signature.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2023 is balanced and finely textured, with pear, white peach, hazelnut and a hint of crushed limestone running through a long, mineral close.
