Sourced from the oldest estate Pinot Noir blocks (planted in 1988), it is a selection of the very best single-vineyard barrels. Expect an ethereal, perfumed wine with dark cherry, red berry, rose petal, spice and turned earth, with great depth, silky tannins and a long, intriguing finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-picked, destemmed and fermented in 3,500-litre French oak foudres, before ageing in a combination of new and seasoned barrels.
