All wines are estate-grown and made on site.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Réflexion label was introduced after the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires and is now used for limited releases primarily from the estate's younger Chardonnay plantings. The wine is finely drawn and elegant, with citrus, white peach, almond, white flowers and a saline mineral edge over a textural, persistent palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe estate prioritises soil health and biodiversity, with composting and minimal-intervention viticulture, and more than half the property dedicated to native conservation and revegetation.
