This Langhe Nebbiolo carries Angelo's name in tribute to the founder.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit comes from two sources: rented vineyards in the sandy hills of Roero, and young vines and north-facing plots on the family's Barolo holdings, including the Gattera vineyard, that are not destined for Barolo. After a relatively short maceration, the wine spends around six months in older barriques and tonneaux, enough to soften the edges without masking the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt shows bright cherry and raspberry fruit with floral lift and a sweet core of ripe red berries.
