The 2023 brings fruit from Albesani, Starderi and Serraboella together, co fermented so that the components build a single wine rather than sitting alongside one another.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe winemaking follows the same traditional path used across the range. Nebbiolo is fermented on skins, then matured in large oak casks that shape the tannin without leaving an obvious oak signature, and the wine rests in bottle before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result has soft contours around a core of red and purple fruit, with rose petal, blood orange, cinnamon and a lift of mint. Hay, spice and tobacco add depth underneath, and the palate is layered and sensual, elegant and at times austere, closing long and fine.
