The wine sees a year in oak followed by six months in stainless steel, giving a serious, textural Verdejo with citrus, ripe pear, dried herbs and chamomile over a structured, mineral-edged palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOrganic and biodynamic farming, hand harvesting, gentle pressing, native yeast fermentation and minimal additions in the cellar.
