The Nebbiolo is vinified traditionally and matured in large oak casks, which frames the fruit without marking it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt offers a clear portrait of the commune at a more approachable scale: red cherry and raspberry with rose, tar, aniseed and a savoury mineral edge, carried on firm but fine tannins.
