The palate is lean and finely cut, driven by acidity, with a chalky, almost salty texture and a long, dry, persistently mineral finish. This is Chablis at its most uncompromising.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMichel Laroche sold the large domaine that bore his name in 2010 but held on to the parcels handed down by his father Henri, and Le Domaine d'Henri is the result, named for him.
