It's a small-production wine built for transparency and drinkability.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFragrant and lifted, with wild strawberry, red cherry, rose petal, crushed herb and a gentle peppery spice. The palate is light to medium-bodied with bright acidity, fine silky tannins and a whisker of earthy, mineral grip - happily served with a slight chill.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested, destemmed with some whole berries retained (no whole bunch), naturally fermented in open-top steel fermenters with hand plunging, then aged in a 2,000L Slavonian oak foudre for around 10 months before resting in stainless.
