Named for the rolling hills around it that reminded the early Irish settlers of County Armagh, the site has produced one of Australia's most celebrated single-vineyard Shirazes for more than three decades.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Museum Release is the 2017 vintage held back at the winery and aged on the estate before release, allowing collectors to taste a fully developed Armagh without the long wait. 2017 was a cooler vintage for the Clare Valley, giving an Armagh that is more medium-bodied and finely poised than the muscular, blockbuster style the wine is sometimes known for.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is bright and complex, with vibrant blueberry, violet and floral spice on the nose moving into hoisin, salami, tobacco leaf and five-spice as the secondary character builds.
