The palate is tense and precise, finishing long and clean, and it benefits from some time in bottle to show its full depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eJean-Marc Pillot is the fourth generation of his family to make wine in the Côte de Beaune and has run the domaine since 1991, now with his son Antonin, as the estate moves towards organic farming.
