It is generous enough to enjoy young yet has the freshness to develop over several years.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Pillot family has farmed in Chassagne-Montrachet for four generations, with Jean-Marc at the helm since 1991 and his son Antonin now working alongside him.
