The wine was first released in 2018 to commemorate 150 years of family winemaking. As a cool-climate expression of Shiraz, it is lifted and detailed, with red and dark cherry, white and black pepper, violets and savoury spice over a sleek, finely structured palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFruit is hand-picked from low-yielding vines and fermented in traditional open-top fermenters before being matured in a mix of French and American oak hogsheads.
