The estate today spans 27 hectares across several vineyards and is run by second-generation winemaker Justin Arnold and his wife Alicia Peardon. The Bonadale Vineyard, planted in 2010, is Ghost Rock's highest and most sun-exposed site.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e100% Chardonnay from the single Bonadale Vineyard. Expect a cool-climate Tasmanian Chardonnay of layering and sophistication — aromas of stone fruit, lemon, cashew and subtle oak, with a concentrated, finely textured palate. The combination of the site's sun exposure and cooling Bass Strait breezes gives fruit of both ripeness and freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-picked and whole-bunch pressed under inert conditions. Partial wild fermentation in French oak (a mix of puncheon and barrique), with partial malolactic fermentation and regular lees stirring.
