Soils here are typically light loamy clay over sandstone, threaded with quartz.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGentle Folk's Piccadilly Pinot has traditionally been made with a mix of whole cluster and destemmed fruit and matured in French oak with only a modest portion of new barrels.
