It is made with the same care as the estate's Barolo, spending a lengthy period on skins in vitrified cement before being refined in medium-sized Slavonian oak casks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a perfumed, classically styled Nebbiolo with red cherry and dried strawberry fruit, rose petal and gentle notes of tar and spice.
