This release adds a Mediterranean twist to the signature Gunpowder character, created in collaboration with Italian mixologist Bruno Vanzan.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe gin is slowly distilled by hand in copper pot stills, drawing on the core Gunpowder botanicals of slow-dried Chinese gunpowder tea, juniper, meadowsweet and a selection of oriental botanicals. To these are added Italian Viola fig for dark-fruit richness and natural sweetness, along with Italian laurel and Tuscan juniper. The aroma is juicy and fruit-forward, with fig jam, orange peel and creamy tropical fruit.
