It has been farmed biodynamically since 2006 - unusual in an appellation where herbicide use is still common.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e100% Chardonnay from Mâconnais vineyards farmed with limited yields and manual harvesting. Expect a pure, terroir-expressive white Burgundy with orchard fruit, citrus, white flowers and a subtle stony minerality, leading into a richly textured, well-balanced palate with a clean, elegant finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested with low yields.
