Expect a pristine, precise Chardonnay with lime, white stonefruit, orange blossom, oyster-shell and gentle spice, driven by fine, racy acidity, a very fine layering of texture and oak, and remarkable length.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested at first light from compact bunches of solarised berries to preserve fruit freshness.
