The palate is lush and textural, framed by juicy, briny acidity and lush phenolics, giving a gymnast-like balance between richness and drive.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWild-fermented with full malolactic fermentation, matured in around 40% new French oak with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring) every two weeks to build texture and complexity.
