The estate is one of only a handful of Chablis producers to hold two stars in the RVF guide.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e100% Chardonnay on Kimmeridgian limestone from 20- to 30-year-old vines across the Chablis AOC. Expect a taut, energetic Chablis with bright citrus, white flowers, green apple and the signature chalky, saline minerality of the appellation. Precise and long.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLate-harvested fruit is fermented with wild yeast and never chaptalised.
