Born in South Korea and trained in Oregon, Montpellier and Burgundy, she established her Beaujolais estate in 2013 and has farmed organically since 2017.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Beaujolais Blanc comes from Chardonnay vines on alluvial soils near Belleville. It is vinified and aged in concrete, which keeps the focus on fruit and texture rather than oak. The nose offers yellow plum, lemon verbena and a hint of lime.
