Gérard Gauby was one of the first growers in the region to farm organically and biodynamically, and the estate has planted trees and hedges among the vines to encourage a genuinely living landscape. Fermentation uses native yeasts and the wine is made with minimal handling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a red of freshness and lift rather than weight. Red and dark berries, garrigue herbs and crushed pepper sit over a fine, stony core, the tannins are supple and the finish is cool and savoury.
