From modest beginnings the domaine has grown to around 10 hectares across Cornas, Saint-Péray and Saint-Joseph.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Cornas is pure Syrah, blended from many small parcels spread across the appellation's steep granite hillsides and aged in older oak barrels. It is dark and dense, with blackberry, cassis and blueberry fruit, violets, graphite, leather and hints of garrigue herbs, all framed by silky yet firm tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGive it time in a decanter and serve with game, braised beef or rich, washed-rind cheeses.
