Owned by LVMH since 2014 and directed by Jacques Devauges since 2019, the estate has been farmed organically since 2019 and biodynamically since 2020, and its wines are now made in a gravity-fed winery completed in 2022.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnlike the Clos des Lambrays, this Pinot Noir is fully destemmed rather than made with whole bunches, giving a more restrained, focused style.
