Since 2010 the domaine has been run by Matthieu Delaporte, grandson of Vincent, who has driven the wines to new heights and converted the estate to organic farming from 2020.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e100% Sauvignon Blanc, produced from around 28 separate plots across the appellation's major soil types - the flint-rich Silex, the small-stoned Caillottes (Oxfordian limestone) and the clay-heavy Terres Blanches. Average vine age around 35 years, with most sites on south-facing slopes. Expect an expressive, intense and complex nose of boxwood, rhubarb, blackcurrant, kiwi and a light herbal lift, leading into a soft, round entry with bright freshness, balance and a clean, harmonious finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested into small cases to preserve intact berries. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with around 6 months on fine lees, then gravity-bottled without filtration.
