The fruit is fully destemmed, with no whole bunches, and vinified in a Burgundian style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect a deeply coloured Gamay with aromas of blackcurrant, strawberry and spice, and a round, aromatic palate with gentle tannin and a mineral edge.
