Harvesting is done by hand with sorting in the vineyard, and the wine is aged in 350-litre barrels with a small proportion of new wood before finishing its élevage in tank.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2013 was a challenging, late-ripening year in Burgundy, marked by a cool spring, uneven flowering and small yields. The whites that came from it are often lean, bright and high in acidity, a style that suits this site's naturally mineral character.
