Expect lifted aromas of black pepper, potpourri, undergrowth, crushed stone and dark cherry, leading into a medium-bodied, supple palate with lacy, chalky tannins and a long, fresh finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLow-cropped mature fruit is gently destemmed and membrane pressed, then fermented and matured in older oak with minimal handling.
