The fruit is hand-picked and fermented with wild yeast, then matured in French oak of one to five years of age before being bottled at the winery without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRomas is known for its perfumed, finely boned style, with aromas of roses, musk, raspberry, blueberry and kirsch, framed by mineral notes of crushed rock, flint and graphite.
