It is fermented and raised for about a year in barrels made at the estate's own cooperage, built in 1995 and now supplying most of the barrels used on the property, with regular lees stirring to build richness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe style is precise and generous at the same time: citrus, white peach and passionfruit over flint and toasted almond, with a creamy mid palate held in check by bright acidity and a long, saline finish.
