Expect a beautifully delineated bouquet of wild honey, orange pith, Seville orange marmalade and pineapple, with subtle floral and peach-blossom notes. The palate is rich, opulent and layered with tropical and citrus fruit, kept fresh by vibrant acidity and a long, ginger-tinged finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested in successive sortings, with only fully botrytised grapes selected at each pass.
