Made from a blend of roughly 75% Sémillon, 23% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Muscadelle, the wine shows apricot, honey and ripe tropical fruit on the nose, with delicate floral and citrus lift. The palate is richly layered with candied orange peel, pineapple and honeyed almond, finishing long, luscious and vibrantly fresh.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGrapes are hand-harvested in successive selective passes to pick only the botrytised berries.
