The 2015 Coutet is pale lemon-gold with intense aromas of grapefruit, lemon pie, pineapple and honeycomb, framed by crushed-rock minerality, orange blossom and a touch of lime zest. The palate is rich and opulent yet remarkably fresh, with a long, layered finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHarvested entirely by hand in successive passes to pick only the grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea at their peak.
