The wine is drawn from the one-hectare 'Jardin de Salon' plot alongside 19 other small parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger selected at the beginning of the 20th century.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The 2015 release sits in a graceful middle ground between riper and cooler years, with aromas of chamomile, white peach, candied citrus and toasted hazelnut layered over the house's trademark chalky, saline minerality.
