The palate is silky and gently expansive, with a delicate bead, a chalky undertow and a long, dry finish that stays elegant rather than forceful.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLes Frères Mignon is the project of brothers Florent and Julien Mignon, launched in 2015 after generations of selling the family's fruit to the big champagne houses.
