The palate is focused and finely structured, neither heavy nor light, with integrated acidity carrying through to a long, clean finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe hand picked fruit was whole bunch pressed to older French puncheons with no new oak and fermented naturally.
