The wine is raised in a large 2,280 litre foudre rather than small barrels, a deliberate choice to preserve the bright, crunchy character that this site delivers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is the most energetic of the estate's single vineyard reds, full of red cherry, cranberry and spice, with fine tannins and a lifted, transparent finish.
