Expect a wine of layered intensity, with white flowers, hazelnut, stone fruit and lemon oil leading into a long, mineral-driven finish built for extended ageing.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eVineyards are farmed sustainably with light ploughing, no chemical sprays, and ongoing biodynamic trials. Grapes are hand-picked, carefully sorted and pressed in pneumatic or vertical presses depending on the cuvée, with native yeast fermentation and ageing in oak for up to 11 months.
