He named the estate after his daughter Elena (Eli), whose drawings appear on the labels, and a substantial portion of the proceeds is donated to the Meyer Pediatric Hospital in Florence.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Etna Bianco DOC is a Carricante-led white drawn from vineyards across the Etna appellation, with each slope contributing its own character to the blend. Expect aromas of orange blossom, lemon and white peach lifted by a clear volcanic minerality, leading into a saline, citrus-driven palate with white flowers, green apple and a long, taut finish.
