The wine is more solar and textural than the domaine's Côte des Blancs cuvées - expect aromas of candied lemon zest, green apple, warm stone, toasted hazelnut and a subtle iodine, saline nuance, with a creamy, savoury palate and fine, lively bubbles.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBuilt on the 2021 base vintage, supplemented by a perpetual reserve maintained since 1986, vinified partly in stainless steel and partly in barrel.
